Motion Computing offers warranty options, which are designed with your convenience, timeliness, and security in mind. In the unlikely event that you have a need for warranty repairs, you will contact Motion technical support for instructions on sending in your Motion product. Your tablet will be repaired and returned to you within five business days upon receipt at Motion’s repair depot.
For as little as 23¢ a day, you can purchase extended warranty protection for your Tablet PC* giving you peace of mind, ongoing owner satisfaction, and assurance of a lasting return on your investment.
Motion offers two warranty plans for J-Series, CL900 and C5-Series Tablet PCs:
- 1 year of warranty coverage included (standard).
- Optional 3 year warranty coverage.
- Purchase the 3 year option when buying a J3500, CL900 or C5v Tablet PC, or up to 9 months after the date-of-purchase.
- Motion F5-Series Tablet PCs come standard with a 3 year warranty (North America only). For the rest of the world, F-Series Tablet PCs have the standard 1 year warranty with the option to extend to the 3 year warranty coverage.
